After completely selling out the first run, We Came As Romans have announced that they will return to the road with the "Darkbloom II" headline tour! This 30-date run will feature support from Emmure (their first tour since 2019), Bodysnatcher, and Archetypes Collide. The trek kicks off on October 10 in Indianapolis and make its way throughout the USA, before closing out in Nashville, Tennessee on November 19.
Lead Singer David Stephan shared about the tour, "After selling out every show of 'Darkbloom' part one earlier this year and seeing the demand for the tour, we wanted to bring it to some of the cities we weren't able to play. We have worked hard to brainstorm a lineup that showcases the diversity of heavy music from Archetypes Collide to Bodysnatcher to Emmure. We have toured with Emmure more times than I can count, but this time will be one of the most exciting for us as it will be their first since late 2019."
We Came As Romans released their latest album, Darkbloom, in 2022 via Sharptone Records.
This was their first full-length release in five years and has spawned a run of massively successful singles, including the title track. Darkbloom is raw and vulnerable, putting the band's every emotion on display as they try to navigate through life without their late lead singer Kyle Pavone. Though the album holds a very special and unique meaning to the band itself, the overall message of the album can resonate with anyone. When you find yourself in the darkest and most difficult times of your life, there is still room and potential for personal growth. As long as we're not willing to completely fall into negative emotion or thought that feels like it has taken over, then we can be strong enough to overcome and push through to a different outcome.
