Las Vegas’s nü-metal festival, Sick New World, is returning for its second year after announcing super stacked lineup for 2024! Headliners for this years edition include System of a Down, Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon, while featuring many more artist. Like 2023’s inaugural fest – also headlined by System of a Down, along with Korn, Deftones, and Evanescence – Sick New World will once again be a party at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, except the 2024 lineup is a little less nü-centric focused and is bringing in many styles of heavy music from over the last couple of decades.
In addition to the aforementioned artist, Alice in Chains, Danny Elfman, Lamb of God, Ice Nine Kills, Motionless in White, Bad Omens, Sleep Token, Knocked Loose, Lorna Shore, Slaughter to Prevail, Jinjer, Spiritbox, Sevendust, Loathe, Black Veil Brides, Wage War and Paleface Swiss are among the day's many other performers. With a lineup as stacked as this, there will not be one dull moment in the day!
System Of A Down will return to headline for a second straight year along with co-headliners Slipknot. Sick New World 2023 was System of a Down's only performance for the year, and as of now, next year's festival is their only confirmed show of 2024. The band started teasing the event on social media yesterday with an animated Instagram Reel. The event is also one of A Perfect Circle's first performances since 2018!
