“Come one, come all to this tragic affair,” My Chemical Romance has just announced “Long Live": The Black Parade North American Tour where they will be playing their iconic album, The Black Parade, in it’s entierity. After performing the album in its entirety at the most recent When We Were Young Festival, My Chemical Romance will be celebrating The Black Parade this coming summer. The band will be bringing the album to only 10 different cities across North America, with each show featuring a different special guest as the opening act.

Following the success of their independently released debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, and major label breakout sophomore album, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, that has been certified 3x Platinum, My Chemical Romance skyrocketed into the mainstream with their 2006 album The Black Parade, which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard U.S. Top Rock Albums and U.S. Top Tastemaker Albums charts. Its leading single, “Welcome To The Black Parade”, has been certified 5x Platinum, while the album itself has earned 4x Platinum status.
