Expanding on an already stacked 2023, Motionless in White has just dropped the heaviest tour of the year! “The Touring the End of the World Tour” will kick off this fall with special guests Knocked Loose, After the Burial, and Alpha Wolf. Starting this run off right, Motionless in White will have a very special performance in the band’s hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
This will be the band’s biggest hometown gig ever as they will launch "The Scranton Apocalypse Fest" on September 16 at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain.
This one-off event will feature a headlining set from Motionless in White, along with additional performances from Parkway Drive, Knocked Loose, The Amity Affliction, After the Burial, Northland, Alpha Wolf, and Make Them Suffer. "The Touring the End of the World Tour" will come after Motionless joins In This Moment for a co-headline run across North America this summer also featuring Fit For A King and From Ashes to New. "The Dark Horizon Tour" will see the two bands alternating closing sets each night and performing at arenas and amphitheaters across the country. The upcoming tour is set to kick off July 8 in Uncasville, Connecticut and continue through August 19 in Albany, New York.
I saw Motionless in White eleven times last year and every time I saw them, there was always something different. Whether it was a different setlist, different production, different hair and makeup, or even a missing member, it made every show stand out in their own way to me. None of their shows felt repetitive or boring and that's why I ended up going to eleven! With these two major tours being announced for this year, I’m ready to try and beat that record this year. Motionless continues to grow and build off last year's massive success. The band released their sixth studio album, Scoring the End of the World, which debuted at No. 12 on the Billboard 200, marking the band's second biggest sales week ever. Their leading single, “Cyberhex,” was trending Top 10 on YouTube while other single, "Masterpiece,” gave the band their first-ever No. 1 Single on Active Rock radio charts. Motionless in White has also just hit 1 billion streams on Spotify! Last year was a massive year for the band and I can only imagine what 2023 will hold for them.
“The Touring the End of The World Tour” begins in Motionless In White’s hometown of Scranton, PA, on September 16th and will travel all throughout the US for over a month before concluding in Boston on October 29th. Tickets are on sale now!
